I downloaded the trial version which has features disabled so I couldn`t test them. However I thought that the program would provide what I needed so purchased it.

After trying it out the features that were previously disabled in the trial version, I realized that they were not suitable for my needs and requested a credit from the company.

Apparently no credits are given. It`s a poor business that will not provide a credit for their poor product.
